Frequently asked questions

Every crash repair and paint job is different, so we will not guess at a time before we have seen the car. Once you have sent a quote request we give you a timeframe, and if anything changes along the way we call you rather than letting you wonder.

Yes, and we prefer it. Send clear photos of the affected area and we will quote from those. Nobody can see what has happened under the surface from a photo, so for a full scope of work bring the car in and we will quote it properly.

First we quote the work. Send a quote request or call us to talk it through. Once you accept, we agree a day to drop the car at our Dee Why workshop and get started. Every job is a little different, so we keep you posted as we go.

It helps us identify the vehicle. You will find the VIN at the base of the windscreen on the passenger side, or on the front door jamb. If you cannot find it, call us and we will help you track it down.

We are yet to meet a paint colour we could not match. Some manufacturers insist a special colour has to go back to them. In our experience that is not necessary.

Credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash. We do not accept cheques.

Yes. No booking is required for a quote, so drop in any time during opening hours.

We think it will look better. Our work carries a full satisfaction guarantee, so you can collect the car knowing it is right.

Yes, and small repairs are often not worth an insurance excess. Ask for a free quote and we will price it up front so you can decide.

Yes, within 5 to 10 km of our Dee Why workshop. Mention it when you request your quote and we will sort out a time.
